Our favorite climbing tree in the Children’s Garden!

Monday Dec. 19th – Friday Dec. 23rd from 9:30 am- 3:30 pm

Become an expert on Magnuson Park’s plants and animals through nature science, games, and other hands-on activities! We’ll take short hiking expeditions to scout nearby natural areas and then return to our cozy “base camp” classroom to share our findings, learn mapping skills, paint with pine needles, make bird feeders, snack on the crops in our year-round organic p-patch. and much more!

Looking for fresh Barn Owl pellets!

On our “evergreen extravaganza” day, we’ll use conifer branches and cones to make table arrangements and winter potpourri. Each day will be a fabulous new adventure!

Campers should wear warm raincoats and boots to be comfy during our outdoor activities.
