Our new classroom has a lot more room for story-reading, games and puzzles!
Join us for an afternoon of gardening and nature in the Magnuson Children’s Garden, P-Patch, and nearly park areas on Seattle Public Schools early-dismissal days! Our afternoon will be structured like a mini-summer camp day, filled with indoor and outdoor fun. We’ll snack on the crops in our organic p-patch, take a park hike, make a nature art project, and more!

Climbing the big trees in the Children’s Garden is fun for all ages!
Wednesday June 1st from 2 pm – 5 pm
Educators: Emily Bishton, Magnuson Nature Educators, and Nature Docents
Location: Magnuson Brig/Hawthorne Hills Room, Magnuson Children’s Garden, P-Patch, and nearly park areas (download a map)
Fee: $30

Collecting evergreens is a great way to bring the sights and smells of nature into the classroom!
